There are eight spacious bedrooms in the villa. On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom which features a king bed with an en-suite and shower. The first floor features six bedrooms. Three of these have king beds, one has a queen bed and the other two are twin bedrooms. All these bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and all have an en-suite with shower. The final bedroom is found in the mezzanine which has one queen bed with an en-suite bathroom and shower. As comfort and privacy are the main themes of this beautiful home, it is no surprise that the villa features two spacious and elegant living rooms, which are perfect for chatting with friends or just reading a book. There is also a separate dining room which faces the beautiful garden and the fully equipped kitchen consists of everything needed to create the perfect dinner.

The tower is the focal point of the vill as it includes a panoramic sitting room with four bright, arched windows giving a 360° view of the captivating Tuscan landscape. When staying at Villa Denis you will feel on top of the world, figuratively and literally, as you are perched over 1,000 feet above sea level, with panoramic views of the surrounding forest, olive groves and vineyards. The nearest village is approximately one mile away. Florence is only a twenty minute drive and the major highways are a ten minute drive from the villa, making this home perfect for day trips to Lucca, Siena and Pisa.
