The structure consists of a main building made entirely of stone, the villa, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and an annex, the Orangerie, which can accommodate up to 4 additional guests. Immersed in the beautiful garden, the two structures are given in total exclusive, putting at your disposal all its indoor and outdoor areas of the property. You can decide to rent just the Villa or the Villa plus the Orangerie, maintaining in every case the exclusivity of the structure. You will have at your disposal two swimming style completely different: the first (4 x 9 mt, depth 1,40 - 1,90 mt) was built in the traditional, is equipped with Roman steps and surrounded by a large lawn / terrace with deck chairs and a gazebo overlooking the Val di Chiana. The second (4 x 8 mt, depth 1,40 mt), more contemporary invoice, is a beautiful infinity pool infinity overlooking Mount Sant'Egidio and the incredible Monastery of the Capuchins. The space around the pool is also equipped with deckchairs and pergola and also has a dining table and a full kitchen to give you the opportunity to dine outdoors, enjoying the colors and scents of the Tuscan countryside. The villa has private parking.

The main body of the villa develops on three floors connected by an internal staircase but also reachable by external accesses of the property. It has 4 double bedrooms, of which each is designed to meet your wellbeing thanks to the bathrooms equipped with Wellness & Comfort. On the ground floor you will have access to the fully equipped kitchen and dining room, from which you can exit directly to the infinity pool. On the ground floor you will find the first of the four bedroom suites, equipped with bathroom with Jacuzzi shower and chromotherapy. Also on this floor, you find the second double room suite with direct access to the panoramic terrace. The room features a bathroom with rain-effect shower and chromotherapy, bathtub as well as a romantic Turkish bath for two persons. On the first floor you find the other two double room. The first one is characterized by a wonderful view and a skylight, equipped with a full bathroom featuring a hydromassage shower and bath, as well as the second suite, with both shower and a bath with aromatherapy in the bathroom. The last part of ​​the villa is the lower one, the basement, where you will have at your disposal a lounge area with sofas, satellite TV and fireplace, as well as a pool table and a reading corner. Once accesses the lounge area by the internal staircase or directly from the outdoor. A few meters from the villa there is the lovely Orangerie, decorated in Tuscan style revisited in a contemporary and modern. The Orangerie is composed of living area with sofa, satellite TV and fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and equipped with dining table.
