On the first floor the living room has a fireplace and seating for up to twelve people and a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also an office area with a fax machine. The guest house also features a fully equipped kitchen and living room with hardwood floors and the original contemporary artwork. The great thing about Villa Vera is that each bedroom faces the amazing landscape of the Tuscan hills. This home is just a five minute drive to a small village with wonderful restaurants, a bar and a post office. The Tuscany villa is set among olive groves and woods, manicured lawns and gorgeous gardens. Due to its location and amenities, Villa Vera is an ideal location for family reunions.
